The Board of Agriculture is a public authority, and when we purchase goods and services we need to comply with the Act on Public Procurement and the EU Directive on the award of public contracts.
The Board of Agriculture makes every effort to treat all suppliers equally and without discrimination, and seeks to handle all procurement transparently. We observe the principles of mutual recognition and proportionality.
